I know a lot of you may be confused about the timeline, but if you check the date of this post, you’ll clearly see that it’s not Mother’s Day. I mean, by all means, hug your (or someone else’s) mother, and tell her you appreciate and/or love her. But do it because you want to, not because of the holiday.
Also, be prepared to make enemies with the powerful greeting card industry. They do not take kindly to unofficial or spontaneous displays of affection.
