For instance? Saying you hate “The Cure,“ the band from the ‘80s? Okay, I guess. Saying you hate “the cure,“ especially when standing in a doctor’s office or hospital? That just sounds mean.
Saying you love “The Killers,“ the Vegas pop band? That’s fine. Saying you love “the killers,“ as in the psychopaths you’re searching for in your job as a police detective? That can be problematic.
