This is the first of the sketch comics that we’ll be running this week, delivered via the magic of the internet from Greg’s vacation on the Jersey Shore. You’ll have to trust me about the location, I know there’s no fist-pumping going on in the background.
Greg sure takes his life into his hands with those waves, but you know what a thrill-seeker he is. Clearly he likes to live on the edge, or he wouldn’t have trusted me to take care of his affairs while he’s away.
"take care of his affairs"? are you sure it's a good idea to mention those on the internet for mayra to discover?
sorry, but the thought occurred to me, and it felt too in-keeping with the sort of humor of this comic to not mention it… XD
