For Mayra’s birthday this year, I got her Nintendogs + Cats. She had been a big fan of the original game and was really looking forward to the sequel.
So she goes into the game and decides to “adopt” a Cocker Spaniel named after her dog, Duffin.
Nintendogs is a voice-activated game. You have to call out your dog’s name to get its attention. Unfortunately, any real dogs in the vicinity don’t know the difference between you calling their name and calling the name of their virtual doppleganger.
Being a dog is tough, yo.
