Haha! Just kidding!
The horrible ends we meet every year at this time are tragic, maybe, but we really have only ourselves to blame. I imagine that if only one of us had keeled over, the other could have easily run for help and this whole mess would have been averted. Instead, we are dead, just like every April First.
