Sometimes it’s good to have friends, y’know? It’s especially useful when your friends have useful skills. Y’know - doctor, lawyer, computer technician, ninja - those kinds of things.
If Will wasn’t around, who would make sure that Ted stays healthy?
His parents? He’s too old to rely on them. Me? I don’t like him - I mostly just tolerate him. The State? That’s unlikely; that show’s been off the air for sixteen years.
And so, he relies on Will. And Will helps him, for uh… some reason? We’re not really sure.
