I don’t know what it is about the way I say my name, but for some reason people cannot understand me. I don’t think I have a heavy accent or anything, but it’s gotten to the point where I spell out my (very simple) name whenever I’m asked for it.
And still, nobody understands me.
The last example of this was ‘Greck’ about two or three days ago. I think it’s best if I just change my name and we all move on with our lives.
Everyone thinks I say "Ben" when I introduce myself. It's odd.
