Even by the standard of get-rich-quick schemes, our plans tend to be a little bit harebrained. Like that plan to switch brains with a hare - there’s not really any profit potential there. But they’re fun! And as long as we’re going to remain poor, we may as well have some fun about it.
If we did ever succeed, at anything really, we probably wouldn’t know what to do with ourselves. I guess we could buy some functioning electronics? Or anyway, we could buy some that function for a little while, before we get through with them. There’s always some scheme to “improve” on the things we have, which goes about as well as you’d expect.
