Is it stranger that Ted still uses snail mail for his invitations, or that he takes the filling-out process so very seriously? Either way, it’s a good thing Greg liked how it came out, because all of them are already sent. If you didn’t get one, you are not invited. Feel free to crash the party anyway.
Oh, what fun!
By now, hopefully you’ve gotten a feel for our comic. If not, go ahead and peruse the archives. You won’t be sorry you did! Well, you might be sorry you did. But what else were you really gonna do with the next 30 minutes?
Yes, this is Two Steps Back, where the fun is happenin’, the jokes are confusin’, and the ‘g’s’ are bein’ left of off word endings. Er… endin’s.
So, let’s talk: we know that sometimes we don’t update quite as… on time as we would all like. We feel bad about that, we really do, and we’re trying to get better. Still, we’re pretty happy that we’ve been as consistent as we have. So far, we’ve only skipped updating a total of six times in the five months we’ve been running. That’s not so bad, all things considered.
Still, that basically means that we owe you six comics. What we’ve decided is that we’re going to try to have three weeks (not consecutive) in which we post a new comic every weekday, Monday through Friday. If I know anything about math, those extra Tuesdays and Thursdays should add up to six bonus comics.
And the first week we’re planning on doing this? Why, it’s this coming week, starting April Eleventh! Yes, you read that right: in the immediate future, you get to look forward to a solid week of updates. It’s a dream come true!
Why now? We figure that this is a good way to honor Mocca Fest, the comics festival in New York. We’ll be there on Saturday the Ninth, so if you’re around, feel free to come by and pester us. We won’t have a booth, but we will be wandering around pestering the people who do.
