So DOMA was struck down! We’re pretty psyched. I remember how exciting it felt when New York legalized gay marriage, and now we get to know that the federal government has to recognize those unions. Sometimes, the world seems pretty cool.
Plus, when we inevitably get desperate enough for money that we decide to marry foreigners for green cards, we now have a larger market for that. Progress!

I think it is a mistake to assume that everything divides neatly into two camps, as both Justice Alito and this comic assumes. Most of us live somewhere in the middle, trying to figure out what from the past is essential, and how to carry it forward authentically into the future.
How nice, Are Greg and Ted dating now because of this?
Based on when the time we spent living together, I'm pretty sure Ted and I could never date.
Also, I don't think either of us is into dudes(?) so that might put a damper on things. Maybe. Don't hold me to that.
