The plot thickens! (Or begins, I guess. I dunno. Who’s really keeping count anyway?)

Some people really go overboard when it comes to Halloween decorations. They’ll get full-size, lifelike dummies and place them around their home, waiting to scare trick or treaters (or themselves at 4 AM when they go to the bathroom.)

Me? I like to keep things simple: I have a paper jack-o-lantern I took from my parents’ apartment that has been hanging up on my wall since Halloween in 2011. (No wait, I just checked, it must have fallen off the wall at some point. This warrants further investigation.)

Now, to populate your party with actual dead people, or even - dare I say it - allowing people to voluntarily or involuntarily become part of the decor of your Halloween party? That’s what I call going the extra mile and I can definitely respect the effort needed to do something like that.
